With over two decades of experience in change, transformation, communication and people development, I have spent my professional journey working with people and organisations through transition, learning and capability building.
One question has stayed with me:
What becomes possible when people truly understand themselves?
That question led me to create Brainary.
I believe every individual is more than a score, a label or a predefined path. Our strengths, interests, experiences, aspirations and opportunities influence the choices we make and the direction we take.

The Story Behind Our Logo
A Story of Curiosity, Possibility & Love
The Brainary logo is more than a visual identity.
It carries a belief that is deeply personal to me.
Every individual has something unique within them, waiting to be discovered.
The inspiration for this belief began with my daughter, Pretty.
Watching a child grow has taught me that every mind unfolds in its own way. A child's curiosity, imagination, strengths and confidence cannot always be measured by marks or defined by expectations.
Sometimes, what they need most is simply the freedom to explore, the confidence to express, and the right guidance to flourish.
That thought became part of the heart behind Brainary.
The Symbols Behind Our Identity
The lotus, rooted in Indian tradition, represents awakening, resilience and transformation.
The leaves represent life, renewal and continuous learning.
The infinity form reflects limitless possibilities.
The brain represents curiosity, awareness, learning and human capability.
The circle brings everything together, symbolising wholeness, balance and continuity.
Black represents depth, strength and timelessness.
Gold represents value, aspiration and the brilliance within each individual.
And the red dot represents the spark — that first moment of curiosity, awareness or inspiration that can change the way we see ourselves.
Together, these elements connect timeless wisdom with a modern vision of learning, development and possibility.
For me, Brainary is a reminder of what every child—and every individual—deserves:
